awkward length $12 new york and company dress bought summer of last year

with semi-hoochie adjustable side ruching

2 days later and after 25 min of actual sewing.  [you can see my forehead monster has grown..]  unfortunately, i bought 2 of these dresses since they were bogo.. so now i have to fix the other.  it is the same teal color but solid instead of a print.  size medium.. want one?
