Hello Liz! Visiting from FTLOB! Your baking skillz are impressive! I need to attempt making those woopie pies, I used to live off the cheap kind when I was in high school, haha!
my roommate said the bread was excellent with extra cranberry applesauce [i substituted some of the oil for applesauce with surprising success] and we ate a few of the whoopie pies..but the rest are in the freezer waiting to make a car journey
