miso salsa salmon

was it glamorous?  certainly not.  was it tasty?  most definitely.  was it a wee bit too salty?  ....perhaps.

pan fry some pre-made polenta rounds or do that from-scratch deal.

blend miso paste and one of the 11 leftover salsa jars in the fridge.  blob on top of defrosted salmon fillets [skin side down] and roast for 10-20 min.  poke with forks until no longer gooey.  gleefully pull salmon fillets away from skin which is now stuck to tin foil and marvel at having avoided the de-skinning step.
