pumpkin gingerbread cranberry cupcakes

pumpkin gingerbread cupcakes with cranberry frosting

cranberry frosting:

1 stick softened butter
2/3 C room temperature cranberry sauce
2-3 C powdered sugar

mix the crap out of it.  realize you are out of powdered sugar and its too late to go back to the grocery store.  swear.  top cupcakes with slightly runny frosting and hurl them in the fridge
