...okra? that slimy ish you find in southern or indian food?
welp. having had it pickled, spicy, and in a bloody mary i decided...its not so bad. and my new birthday book had a recipe for pickled okra! soooo i gave it a try. guess i'll find out in a week or 2!
i also got a vege spiralizer [i have a weird amazon wishlist] and put it to use on a ginormous daikon. daikon pickles! mmmm pickley. ?
