organization in rainbow order

after years of storing my nail polish in bins where i couldnt find any particular color on the first try, i gave in and bought a nail polish holder.  this one to be exact.  i then promptly sat it on the floor in the hallway between my bedroom and the bathroom for about 3 months.  i kept thinking i would finish the dungeon-like wall of horror, but ADD and other such things have caught up with me, and it is still half plastered and about 30% complete.  i also need to borrow a shopvac so i stop taking years off the life of my dyson.  so i primed the unfinished wall in the hallway, drilled some holes, and after much pomp and circumstance, finally hung up the rack.

i was playing in picasa filters the other day and realized they have quite a few pre-made instagram/photoshop-esque functions.  here are some things i might print once i have a fully functioning kitchen

some decor updates

frank much prefers precariously lying on a futon covered with a heavy quilt.  that way he can sink his claws into that many more layers of fabric with the potential for mass destruction.  plus then the yellow/black/white/dark brown theme i appear to be going for matches all the better.

liz's laundry

these outfits don't look too vastly different than what i have been wearing all year.. but they are part of my back to school week!  im sure i wore clothes the other two days.. including a kelly green/bright yellow combo, but failed to take any pics.

• 16x20 canvases [slightly stretched over wood frames - just the cheap kind]
• a hammer
• picture hanging brackets
• tape measure
• heavy duty staple gun
• extra staples
• tea towels [mine were from king arthur, but target has a ridic cute assortment]
