the book you didnt know you needed

literary greats paper dolls.  bought for me by my mom from the library book sale.  why would you get rid of this book??  it is full of amazing.  most of the authors on the front are recognizable by a non-english major [aka moi] but the very first as it turns out, is ernest hemingway - the old man and the sea.

i ventured into goodwill yesterday.  in search of nothing in particular.  yet i made quite the haul.   and the nice lady at the checkout [after it was decided lines were subject to impatient anarchy.  ie line jumping.  assholes.  i waited my turn.]  offered me a goodwill discount card.  $10 for 10% off for a year.  it already paid for itself so you can do the math on how much i spent.

sooo cute and innocent when he sleeps.  nose buried in his tail, all fluffed out.  ITS A LIE.  apparently it is "rip apart anything liz wants to eat in a terrible slashing massacre" month.  a red bean bun, a sweet coconut roll, and a half bag of baked cheetos have succumbed to the wrath of angry kitty.
